Disclaimer: I do not own any of the Harry Potter characters.

This is just a random idea that popped in my head, so I don't know if it will be so good.
Note: This is not a DracoxLuna fluff. They are just my two favorite characters.

I silently crept down the stairs leading to the dungeon. If my family found me, I would be dead. Anyway, as I was heading toward the dungeon, I kept having doubts about what I was about to do. I mean seriously, should I really go downstairs to the dungeon, where it was cold and dark and smelly to help Loony Lovegood just because my conscience told me to when I was sleeping at 3 AM? I admit, I sound a little crazy when I said that my conscience told me to do something, but it did. I was just sleeping when suddenly a little voice popped up in my head. It went a little like this:

*Draco Malfoy is sleeping comfortably in his bed when the little voice popped up*
Voice: Draco, go down and help those people your folks are holding captive*
Draco: *answers back in head* who the hell are you?
Voice: I am your conscience and I am telling you to go down there and help those people.
Draco: Okay… well, what do I do to help them?
Voice: Go down there and help the girl, she needs your help/
Draco: Who, Loony Lovegood?
Voice: Do not call her that Draco, she needs help. You know, you should really be a kinder person.
Draco: Fine…

It's very sad how quickly my conscience convinced me.

Why should I help her? I thought as I descended down the dungeon steps. She's a loser and a nobody and she's weird. Not my kind of person. Anyway, as soon as I saw her in a corner of the dungeon, I was starting to see why I should help her. Even on the darkness, her dirty blonde hair was a mess and her big blue eyes were bloodshot. She was rocking back and forth on her bottom. She looked deranged. I crept closer to her. She was murmuring something inaudible under her breath. "Uh, Luna?" I whispered. Luna lifted her head. "Draco, is that you? Please tell me you believe Nargles exist." she said. What the hell is a Nargles? "Um sure. Luna, what's wrong?" I asked uncomfortably. Luna shifted. "Nothing. I was just looking back at all the times people called me a freak when I said Nargles existed. You called me a freak too." It was true. I did call Luna a freak, and now looking back at it, I feel kinda guilty. "Oh." I said. Luna nodded. "Hey look, I'm really sorry for calling you a freak-"I started, but she cut me off. "It's fine Draco, everyone does. Thanks for coming down here, I feel all better now that I had someone to talk to." I nodded. "Don't mention it." I know Luna had a knack of asking uncomfortable questions, but fortunately, she didn't ask why I was here. We just sat there in the dark for five minutes, when I heard footsteps. "Gotta go." I whispered and I took off for the stairs. I heard Luna whisper bye and then when I made it up to my room without anyone seeing me, I settled in my bed. Maybe Nargles do exist.
