chapter 1 the Potion

it was a bright sunny day in the Unova region. Ash and his friends where heading to castelia city where there friend Bianca has a surprise for them."So what do you think Bianca wanted to show us? she sounded really excited about something." Ash asked to his friends who were as stumped as him."Beats me. Knowing her it's probably something like a cute Pokemon or something." Said Iris as she looked around the city boredom etched on or face,"Well what ever it is. I'm sure it's something really cool! Like an Amusement park!" Ash said imagining all the possible things Bianca might have found.

After 12 minutes of walking they finally found her at a vendor. "Hey guys! over here!" Bianca said waving over to them. Ash Cilan and Iris Walked over to the stand Bianca was at and saw a man with blue hair and a mustache, He was wearing a boater hat and a suite. "Why hello there young men and madam! How are you this fine evening!" The man said tipping his hat. "We're fine. Thank you." Iris said giving the man a smile. "So Bianca. What did you want to show us?" Ash asked Bianca as he look at the weird vials. "I wanted to show you guys this!" Bianca said as she gestured towards the vendor's stand. Ash, Cilan, And Iris looked at each other confused. Ash the decided to ask the question all three of them were thinking. "So. Um what does he sell" He asked unsure what the man sold. He question was then answered by the street vendor. "I sell potions! Potions that can do amazing things!" He said excitedly. "Would you like to try one?" he asked Ash handing him a yellow potion. Ash looked at the man confused. "Did he really plan on just giving me this?" Ash thought to himself and was about to give the potion to Pikachu until the man stopped him. "Wait!" The man said. Ash stopped and looked at the man puzzled. "You're suppose to drink it. Not your Pokemon. He told Ash. Ash then looked at he potion and took a hesitant sip. After seeing that nothing bad happened he decided to drink the rest. "Well? how was it?" Asked Iris. "It's not that bad. But what was it suppose to do?" Ash asked the man, Putting the top back on the viol. "it's suppose to turn you into a Pokemon!" The man said as he reviled himself to be (and to no ones surprise) James! "It's one of team rocket!" Iris said grabbing one of her Pokeballs. "And I'm not the only one. Jessie, Meowth now!" James said as a Pokeball was thrown at Ash and his friends revealing a Yamask. "Yamask use Shadow ball!" Said a female voice. Yamask fired off a shadow ball and it his the ground near Ash and the gang and kicked up a lot of dust. When the dust cleared up it revealed Jessie, James, And Meowth. "Prepare for trouble!" Jessie started. "and make it double." Jame said afterward.

"to protect the world form devastation!" Jessie said posing. "To unite all people within our nation." James said posing as well and he magically had a rose in his hand. (seriously where the hell does he keep them!) "To denounce the evils of truth and love!" Jessie said with a grin. To extend our reach to the stars above." James said as he threw the rose ahead of him. "Jessie!" Said Jessie "And James." Said James as they do their poses. "Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light!" says Jessie. "surrender now or prepare to fight." James says as him and Jessie stand back to back. "Meowth! That's right!" says Meowth as the Motto ends. But it didn't matter because Ash and his the rest of the crew weren't paying attention. "hey! How dare you ignore us!" Said Jessie as her head grew to the size of a blimp. But they didn't here what she said because they were distracted by Ash. While Team Rocket did there Motto, Ash was on the floor in pain. "Gah! it hurts! It hurts!" Ash aid as he held on to his stomach. It felt like his insides were on fire. it was as if an Embore had used flame punch in his gut. Cilan, Iris, And Bianca were worried. But Pikachu was pissed. "How dare they do this to Ash!" Thought Pikachu as sparks flew off of him. "Pika!(I'll make you guys pay!)" He said looking at Team Rocket. "Uh guys?" Meowth started as he backed away. I don't like the look in the eyes of that twerp's Pikachu." He finished as the other two looked a bit worried themselves. The last time they pissed off Ash's Pikachu they got zapped so hard that the couldn't feel anything for a week. But before they could run off Pikachu had already fired off a thunder bolt. "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" they said as they flew of to Arceus know he had calmed down he turned his attention back to Ash. "He's unconscious! We need to get him medical help and fast!" Cilan said as him and Iris carried Ash off to a Hospital.

In Ash's mind

"Ugh. Why does my head hurt?" Said Ash as he stood up. Ash looked around and saw that he was in a void of some sorts. "Where the heck am I!" Ash said as he frantically looked around. He then saw a faint light. "Huh? What's that?" He said as he walked over to it. As he got closer he saw the figure of what looked to be a Pokemon. "What's this? it kinda looks like a Pichu." Thought Ash as he reached his hand out to touch it. When he placed his hand on the Pichu like thing it began to glow brighter." What the!" Screamed Ash as the bright light consumed him.

At the Pokecenter

Ash had woken up to find himself in a white room. "Am I at the Hospital?" He thought to himself. "Ash! You're awake!" Ash heard an unfamiliar voice say. He looked around to see Pikachu at his bedside. Only he looked... bigger? "Um dad? why do you look." But he cut himself off when he got a weird look from his bestfriend. It only took him a few seconds to realize what he had just called him. "Why did i just call him dad!?" Ash thought to himself. shocked that he even said that. "Um Ash?" Pikachu started only to be cut off by Ash jumping out of his bed and hugging the wall. "H-how am I able to understand you?!" Ash said clearly panicked. Pikachu wasn't surprised by his friend reaction. But he didn't know how to tell him. Knowing Ash he would most likely freak out if he told him that he wasn't himself at the moment. "Uh. Ash? I don't know how to tell you this but. You're not. Um? You at the moment." Pikachu tried to explain without telling Ash exactly what happened. To anyone who doesn't know Ash. They would say he was perfectly normal. For a Pokemon. But poor Ash doesn't Know that he is no longer a human. "What do you mean by that?" he asks getting over his shock of Pikachu talking. Pikachu was about to answer his question but nurse Joy walked into the room. "oh what are you doing out of bed little Pichu?" Asked nurse Joy as she picked Ash up. " Ash was confused at what the poke nurse had just said. "Little Pichu? but i'm not a Pichu." Thought Ash as he looked at himself. He then notice that nurse Joy was right he was indeed a Pichu. "Ash. What ever you do. Don't panic." Pikachu said to Ash only for Ash to faint.

After a few hours Ash had woken up again to find Pikachu staring at him concern etched on his face. "dad why are you staring at me?" Ash asked only to realized what he had just called Pikachu yet again. "Um Ash are you alright? You keep calling me dad. Asked Pikachu checking Ash's forehead to see if he was sick. "Yes I fine. I just I don't know why I keep calling you dad though. Ash said to Pikachu's relief. "so. Would you mind telling me why am I a Pichu?" Ash asked pointing to himself. "Team Rocket gave you some sort of potion that turned you into a Pokemon. When you passed out we were going to take you to a Hospital. But before we got to one you turned into a Pichu. So we took you to a Pokemon center. Pikachu finished explaining to ash what had happened while he was unconscious. "Oh. Where are the others?" Asked Ash. "they're asleep in one of the bedrooms you guys would sleep in. Pikachu said as Ash got up. He noticed that his hat was missing and was nowhere in the room. "My hat! where is it!?" Ash exclaimed, looking as if he was about to cry. "Ash calm down it's with the others. They said that they had to keep it in the room." Pikachu said calming down Ash. "Oh. So can we go to them Please?" Ash said looking at Pikachu who looked confused. "Why is Ash acting so different?" He thought to himself. "OK lets go see the others.
