It's been too long, I think it has. Its been about 2 months? Maybe 3 since I last uploaded a chapter. Well, sorry guys this isn't a chapter. Its actually a notice. Which I think your gonna like.
I was revisiting some of my old stories. You know, like Rio of The Dead and such. So I started looking into ways to continue on with the story. So here is where it's gets interesting...
With Rio of The Dead, the original plot was good but unbelievable. I killed to many characters too fast. That was a huge mistake, so I stopped. If I didn't the rest if the story would look like this: Hyrum would've came back as a zombie. The remaining characters would have to fight there was into the city if Rio de Janeiro... eventually finding a warehouse full of yachts. They would take one into the harbor and head to London. Giving way to the sequel London of The Dead. However that was a bad plot, because it had too many holes.
Flash forward about a year and you have Rio of The Dead: The Rewrite. Okay, I was gonna try and fix some mistakes like all the killing and sick humor. However I got to carried away with adding new OC's, except for Carmine. However the plot would've been better, I noticed some errors in plot like-... having about 5 new OC's. Which is bad because I lose track of who's doing who and who's doing what. And I also didn't have a conclusion set out for our characters as well.
So with our history lesson done we are here. Two years later and I finally decided to take care of what needed to be done I will be COMPLETELY redoing the Rio of The Dead plot. It goes like this:
So, we have our normal characters. Hyrum, Tomada, Alex, Alrene, Bosco, Skyler and Jameson. With maybe two OC's from the rewrite. Probably Carmine and one other. Anyway the plot I will not spoil but I Wil tell you this- it's going back the the way it was. Group if friends have to try and survive a zombie apocalypse. Soudns fun right? ;) It will be more humorous, not jokes like Hycum or anything like that. I will try my best to get good humor. Also I will make the plot as realistic and good as I can. Also there will be no people in this world... just birds... I think. Let me know what you think in the reviews.
However remodeling everything will take some time. With the basics set I think... November 26, 2016 sounds about right.
Hopefully you like this update. Rio of The Dead: The Rewrite will be taken down, but the original will stay up. The title will be "Rio of The Dead 2.0" or just "Rio of The Dead"
