Planet Of The Hats A Donna Noble Tribute

A series of drabbles in three parts. The first with 10/Donna, the next with 10 and the last, 11/Amy. Fluff, angst and unashamed love for our favourite temp, Donna Noble.

1. Chapter 1

Part 1 of 3 - 10/Donna. "Planet of the hats - a Donna Noble tribute" Introduction, set right before the events of The Unicorn and the Wasp.

"When are we ever going to planet of the hats?" Donna Noble asked the Doctor.

The pinstripe suited man looked over at her, lounging in the seats near the TARDIS dashboard. "Someday, but not today - I woke up, and decided I wanted to show you Planet Zog. Brilliant place" he said, and smiled at her. Donna rolled her eyes "fine, but I would really love to go! When else am I going to use my hatbox?" she asked. The Doctor nodded. "Duly noted, ma'am" and they both smiled wide at each other. Silly, best friends, always looking for adventure. "You know, you could always wear a hat, whenever we go out" "It's not really the same - I'd look daft being the only one with a hat!" The Doctor cracked a big smile. "Nah, even temps from Chiswick can look good in a hat" "Oi, no flirting with my, spaceman" she said, pointing her finger at him. He lifted his hands, "not even trying"

"I will try to impress you, though" he said, and pulled a lever.
