Prologue
100 Years Before
Ichigo Kurosaki had met a girl name Rukia Kuchiki one day and his fate became changed forever, learning about the evil hollows, which are corrupted dead souls. Rukia, in a last minute attempt tried to give Ichigo half of her soul reaper powers, but she wound up giving almost all of her powers to him. Throughout a period of three months Ichigo killed hollows with Rukias help of changing him into his Soul Reaper form. One day Rukia ran away because she knew that it was her time to leave and wound up getting caught by her brother, Byakuya Kuchiki and his partner Renji Abarai. Ichigo didnt just make enemies he also made accomplices with his friends that gained special powers. They are Orihime Inoue and Chad Yasutora. He even made an enemy from an extinct group called the quincy, that also killed hollows. He later befriends this enemy. His name is Uryuu Ishida. Ichigo tried to save Rukia from Byakuya that same night, but got stripped of his soul reaper powers due to being damaged so bad, he could have died. A friend of Rukias, Kisuke Urahara, who imports soul reaper items illegally, saved Ichigo. Before saving Ichigo, Kisuke old friend Yoruichi who is in her cat form at the time visits Kisuke. After healing, Kisuke takes Ichigo into an underground training facility in his shop so he can gain his soul reaper powers back. When he gains the powers back, he has to learn the name of his zanpakuto (sword) and Kisuke nearly kills him while trying to learn the name. He is ready to journey to soul society when he learns the name of his sword is Zangetsu. Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, and Uryuu all journey to soul society to save Rukia a week later. While in soul society the group meets a person who hates soul reapers and befriends him. His name is Ganjuu Shiba. Ichigo defeats soul reaper after soul reaper including the squad captains. He then goes to fight Byakua, but is stopped by Yoruichi and she takes him to learn the bankai version of the zanpakuto. Three days later, Ichigo has to save Rukia because it is her execution date. When he saves Rukia, Byakua and him get into a fight. After a long battle, Ichigo faints and Byakuya walks away saying that Ichigo won the battle. Now it is 100 years after the day that Ichigo met Rukia and he is now a captain and so is Kisuke and Rukia. This is the Captain/Lieutenant list of the 13 squads.
