A when Shifter on Earth 4569503 living in Nerima along with a living node of Chaos knows as Ranma collide with each other.
All Beings who knows the inner working of Rifts and Lay lines accepts that energy is highly chaotic and one must have firm grasp of how to control it to your will.
Now when the Node of Chaos Crashes though the roof of dilapidated Warehouse in the bad part of Nermia were the Shifter who was opening a Rifts to Hades, when the node of Chaos lands, on top of the Shifter who at that moment was about to realest a demon from Hades.
All the energy that's was meant for the Rifts, The Rifts energy goes wild causing Nerime perorating field of untamed Chaos magic to spike.
At the same time The lord of Atlantis Splynncryth had a sneezing fit that startle a Shifter who was opening a Rift in the other side of the Imperial Pyramid (never see a Splugorth Sneezing most being don't survived the event the Sneezing fit releasing of large amounts of energy that was releases and Pyramid energy nexus draws that energy to the forming rift).
All that combines to open a massive rift that swallow the whole of Nerime.
As the Rift goes wild Nerime past though other two other dimensional worlds taking parts of both a along for the ride to Rifts Earth, Nerime and two other Cities were now transplanted in North America in PA 95 near the Coalition States border of Iron Heart between The Xitichi's Hive lands and The Kingdom of Lazlo.
