She lept over and landed on his shoulders. She swung her sabers, slicing of a piece of his face mask. She jumped off and landed in front, her back facing him. She looked at Ezra, who was motioning for her to move. But then a voice spoke behind her, a voice she had not heard in years, a voice of the man she had fell in love with.

"Snips." It said, slowly and in pain. Her eyes widened. She turned to face him. Half his face mask was gone, but she could see his yellow angry eyes.

"Skyguy?"

"You should leave."

"NO! I won't leave you again. It was a mistake to leave you before, it was wrong to leave you when I know how much I loved you, and how much you loved me." She said, tears forming in her eyes. She only looked into his. His eyes suddenly began to lose its jaundice. Slowly returning to their ocean blue color.

Ahsoka moved slowly to Anakin. She reached out a hand and touched his cheek, which was uncovered from the missing pieces of his facemask.

"Ani?"

"Ahsoka…help me.." He said in desperation. "Please, help me Snips."

"How? I don't know what I can do for you." She said.

"Kill me." Her eyes widened.

"I…I can't kill you Ani…I can't kill the only person I ever loved."

"There's almost nothing left of him…I've turned into a monster that I never wanted to become. "Please kill me Ahsoka, then everything will become right." Tears were running down both their faces.

"Ani…I just ca…" She suddenly felt his mechanical hands, but somehow, she felt the warmth of his former body. She melted into it. She looked into his ocean blue eyes.

"Okay…but I want to see you one last time." She said, raising her hand to take off his face mask. She carefully lifted the mask of off his scarred and burnt face. But she didn't care…she only looked into his watering eyes, which were staring back into hers.

"Ahsoka…I am sorry."

"I am also sorry Anakin." She stood on her tiptoes to give her former master a kiss. He met her lips with his with gentle passion. He was so angry that he had become this monster. But he knew she was going to make everything right, with him dead, the Empire would fall. They broke from their kiss and looked into each other's eyes one last time.

"I love you Ahsoka." He said with all his anger being lifted. He then felt Ahsoka's saber thrust into his chest. But he did not feel pain. He felt nothing but love.

"I love you too Anakin, so very much." She cried, as Anakin fell into her arms. She laid his head down on her thigh and held him close as the Temple collapsed around them. She did not want to move but Ezra was trying to get her to go. She Force pushed him away just as the door closed. She only wanted to be with Anakin in her final moments. The Temple continued to crash into itself but Ahsoka was not afraid of death.
"I won't leave you again Anakin, not this time." She said as she kissed him one last time"
