Alegasia, a great and wondrous land not to different from our own. Magic exists in many forms, from the great and mighty Beors, to the fast and mysterious forest of Du Weldenvarden. Many creatures call this land their home, the greatest of these creatures was, the dragons.
Fast forward a few hundred years and you will find a land torn apart by war. The mighty dragons have long since fallen and now only four remain; two are on the side of evil, held against their will, and one still an egg. The last one still brings hope to all other inhabitants of this world; and along with her rider, Eragon, they will save it from the tyranny of evil.
