Chapter One

"Crud," muttered a severely drunk James T. Kirk. He was, once again, locked out of his dorm. What was his entrance code? Why did he choose now, of all times, to forget it?

He pushed the door with all his might, hoping that it would magically open. To his astonishment, the door slid open and he fell into the room.

"Aw, man! Again? Kirk, wrong room." The speaker led him out of the room by the arm and took him to the right dorm.

"Sorry, Mitchell." This time, Kirk was at the right door. The door opened to reveal a scowling man.

"Damnit, Jim! Where the hell were you? We were supposed to work on that astrophysics project!" Leonard "Bones" McCoy said.

"Oh. I thought you were going to work on it," Kirk replied.

"I'm a doctor, not an astrophysicist!"
