Ayanonee-chan isn't a Hero. She never was. She always told us that a hero should be pure. A hero should be good, towards others and towards self.
"Heroes are supposed to be great leaders!" she once said. But she never really clings to her words. Onee was always like that. Sometimes she just froze while we played because she didn't know what to do. But even though, this still drew bright smiles in our faces.
"Heroes are supposed to be honest!" She would chime in. It was true. The truth always wins and it always finds a way to get in the light. But nee-chan lied to us. She lied just to keep the smiles a little longer.
"Lastly, heroes are meant to be brave!" Ayano nee-chan was not brave. Of course, she would always appear to be brave on the outside. She didn't let anyone in. Not even us. Not even me. She just went on, keeping everything to herself. She was scared beyond anything but we never noticed. All she did was smile. Smile to trick us to thinking everything was alright Smile to trick herself to thinking everything was just the way it was.
Ayano isn't a hero. She wasn't always a good leader, an honest person and a brave rolemodel. But because of what she did, she was not a hero, but something more than that.
