"Yes I'm going to go on a roller coaster! I can't believe you doubt me!"

"You say that now, Jaz, but at the first sight of one–"

"I'll be crying like a baby?" Jaz finished for her friend. "And you're so brave? How do I know you won't be running right there with me Kit?"

"Because I go on roller coasters all the time! This will be your first." Kit's eyes sparkled with amusement.

He still found it hard to believe that in all her seventeen years, Jasmine had never been on a single roller coaster. Well, he thought, it took her long enough. And it had. Already high school seniors, Kit could hardly believe how fast the past three years had gone by.

"I've been excited for this trip ever since I was a freshman!" Jaz exclaimed. "All the seniors used to brag about how much fun they had."

"It's cool they're taking us to a different park than that other place they used to take the seniors. What was it; Funland or something? This park looks way cooler. 'Thistle Grove'. Sounds intense!" Kit enthused.

The bus jumped as it passed over a speed bump. Then the teacher advisor's voice came over the speakers from her microphone in the front of the bus.

"Hello children! We will be arriving at Thistle Grove in about ten minutes. Make sure you bring your jackets and backpacks; you won't see the bus until it comes back to pick you up later tonight."

Jaz gave Kit a concerned look.

"Ok, so maybe I am a little scared of roller coasters..."

"You'll be fine!" Kit said. "What's the worst that could possibly happen?"

Some of you may have noticed that I have deleted a few of my less popular stories off of my profile. I hate to say that those stories will be permanently discontinued. I will however be continuing my other stories, even if it takes a bit due to planning and or writing. This story however is inspired by the indie horror games "Misao" and "Mad Father". I will be accepting a larger cast of characters for this story as I will be following around different high school cliques in their dire circumstances. I may also be posting anime style portraits of the main characters on another site, but if any of you have artistic talent and would also like to submit character art, I'd be more than happy to take a look at it.
