Once again! I have written a poem from Helga G. Pataki's point of view:) This one is dedicated to Heidi Patacki's Wonderful fanfic Stalling. I felt Helga should fill in her 2nd page with something worth putting in. AND IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THIS STORY YET, LEAVE THIS PREMISIS UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING XD
P.S. My disclaimer: Ahem, I DO NOT OWN HEY ARNOLD, IF I DID, ARNOLD AND HELGA WOULD HAVE FREAKING HOOKED UP ALREADY!
Thank you.
Oh and i didn't write Stalling, that's all Heidi.
A Reflection
This town is a song about you
From this thick glass window I stare down past the clouds
To where I imagine your body to lay in your plush bed
Looking back up at the cloud this metal hawk hides behind
Every dirty, grimy street that paves through the vast
Light polluting town that I once ventured in lays a melody of your eccentric works
Ones that saved threatened neighborhoods,
Or ones that saved a little piggy tail haired girl's life
The tales too tall that far out stretch even the old, shattered FTi building
Your home
With streets so great, lines and lines of your grandfathers stories of WWII
And your best friend's urban legends of wheezing mob murders
Have stained their memories into each intersection
Each blind soul that weaves through the motions
Has at one time or another been touched by your gracious hand,
A hand that undoubtedly was created to place stars in the heaven again
Ones myself can gleam up at knowing that
While your charming boyish arms may not caress my waist
A hot blue rock shall shoot across the deep black surface
Giving me a hope that remains in my mind
This town, which I leave behind to find myself,
Is a song about you I'll hum
Until the era of my ways is shown
And I return to add another verse.
