ugh...I'm exhasuted...man why am I always so tired? Rachel thought "oh right beacuse I don't sleep"Rachel answered out loud. she had insomia and had'nt slept in a month and a half she checked her cell phone and for the time, it was 8:30AM and her day off nonetheless. "another sleepless night...shocker!!"Rachel said sarcastically she got out of her hotel room bed and dragged her corspe into the shower. after getting dressed and finshing up her make up she checked the time 9:00AM. Well I should go eat breakfast I'm sure amy and trish wanna know if I actually slept Rachel thought.
"sooooooooo what did you guys do last night?"Trish asked chuckling a little to herself. all the little bruise on Ashley's neck indicated she did something last night "nothing me and Jeff just watched a movie jezz!!"Ashley answered defensivly ok so they had'nt watched the whole movie.....but hey they through the opening credits and for Jeff and Ashley that was an acomplishment. "mmmhmmm"Trish replied with an accustory stare "What?!"Ashley exclaimed as Melina pulled up a chair
Trish and Ashley totally dropped the previous disscusion to turn and look at Melina as if she had just sprouted a second head "What?"Melina questioned "Uh.....you know it's like 9:15AM right?"Ashley asked stressing emphasis on 9:15AM. "yeah so?"Melina answered nonchalantly.
Melina,Trish,and Ashley were friends really good friends and as long as they knew Melina you could'nt get her to wake up before noon on any given day unless her job required it. and if you could she wasn't happy
"Um...you feeling ok mel?"Trish asked a bit stunned seriously this was bizzare "yeah..."she sighed.
her face flushed a bit "I got up to see Rachel..."Melina said "Oh!!"Ashley and Trish said at once but before they could comment Rachel slumped down in a seat letting her head it the table with a light thump. "Hi guys"Rachel muttered "Hey catch any z's last night?"Trish asked.
Rachel scoffed "Nope" came her muffled response. "Rach you really should go see a doctor"Ashley suggested sounding concerned
"Why? so I can hear the same thing I've heard every time I've gone to a doctor for the last 12 years or so"Rachel said without lifting her head from the table
She had insomia for what had seemed like forever it had started when she was about 15 one day she could'nt sleep next thing she knew one day turned into 3 months her father took her to see a doctor he diagnosed her with chronic insomia he suggested medicine she said no he suggested psychiatric evaluation she said no it had been like this for 12 years she'd be fine for a while able to sleep well and the BAM! months on end with no or very little sleep.
