DRIBS AND DRABBLES

A/N: Sometimes an idea is too slight even to be considered a plot bunny, but it still keeps niggling at the back of your mind. What do you do with it? Turn it into a drabble! I only have a few as yet, but I shall add to them, as and when.
Without the encouragementof Cecelle I would probably never have got around to posting these. So, thank you.

DRABBLE 1
THE FIRST TIME
He hadn't moved.
"These things happen," she commiserated.
"Not to me they don't," he snarled, unable to look her in the face.
"Look, you're… we're all tired. It's been a long day. It's not every day you're awarded the Order of Merlin. Stress does funny things to people."
"You think this is funny? It's humiliating. I'll be a laughing stock."
"I won't tell anyone."
"It's the first time I've not been able to…" he muttered, stricken.
"There's a first time for everything. I'll get you home, Sir. No one need know. Hold onto my arm. You can Apparate with me."

P.S. There is something about drabbles that seems to bring out an 'innuendo streak' in me...
