The Ice Queen
Elsa, queen of Arendelle, looked at her little sister, Anna. It seemed as if they were just little kids yesterday. Anna was growing up so quickly. Anna and Kristoff were about to get married. Anna saw her sister looking at them and said, "Elsa! Aren't you excited?"
Elsa could tell that Anna was really into Kristoff.
Elsa smiled. "Yes, I am very excited. My little sister is growing up." Anna looked into her sister's eyes and grabbed her hand.
Anna pointed to an empty table with a light blue table-cloth on it. The table-cloth had small snowflakes on it. "This is where the ice sculpture will be." Anna informed Elsa. Elsa nodded. Anna had asked her to build an ice sculpture of a snowflake. She would also be making a small snow flurry during the wedding. Ever since she had managed to control her powers, Elsa had made snow flurries at pretty much every wedding she went to.
While she thought about those memories, she suddenly remembered about her ice kingdom that she had left behind.
"Anna! Kristoff!" Elsa exclaimed, urging them to come over to her. The two walked over, arms around each other. "What's up?" Kristoff asked. Elsa's smile grew bigger. Her powers were normally triggered by sad, mad, or frustrated emotions. But on this rare time, it started when she was super happy.
Anna laughed as a snowflake landed on her nose. "What's your super great idea?"
Elsa smiled again. "My ice kingdom. If I can just make sure it's safe and warm enough, you guys can have your wedding there! I just have to fix the chandelier, but that should be it." She went on, "Also, I think the guests will like the colors of the ice."
Anna looked over at Kristoff, and he nodded approvingly. Anna then had a confused look on her face. "What's wrong with your chandelier? When we were there, it was fine. What happened?"
Elsa looked down at her feet. Should I say it in front of Kristoff? Would he get tense if I mentioned Hans? The queen thought.
"After you left, Hans came with his servants. The two guys came and had arrows. I used my powers to slow them down, but just as one went to shoot, Hans stepped in his way. The arrow hit the chandelier, and it fell. I scrambled out in time, luckily."
Just as she thought, Kristoff did seem a bit offended because she mentioned Hans. Anna gasped and crossed her arms. "I should've punched him twice!"
The three of them laughed.
