He walked slowly up a hill in the back of an old cemetery, flowers in hand, and rain falling from the sky. He reached the top of the hill only to see five stone grave markers under an old oak tree. He frowned deeply as he never thought he would out live his friends. He slowly place flowers on each grave. First was Rouge, she lived by her own rules and never gave in to anyone. Next was Knuckles, hot head and as stubborn as an ox but he did keep that Emerald safe, even to the grave. Next was Tails, a genius through and through, smartest person he ever met. Then Amy, happy and joyful and always pure hearted. Last came Sonic, the fastest creature to ever exist. His biggest rival. Standing up he looked to the sky the rain washing his face.
"I finally won a race against you Sonic. Only took me a life time" He smirked.
"Oh Mr. Shadow, You came" A small voice asked drew his attention to an older looking Rabbit.
"Yea...I did" Shadow smiled slightly. "You shouldn't be out in this rain. Let me walk you home Cream."
