A/N: LETS CROSSOVER A CROSSOVER STUFF YEAH. Why? Because Eevee deserves to be happy goshdangit. HAPPY EEVEE AND AMMY AND JUDGE AND I JUST WANT THE HAPPINESS GUYS. Also headcanon: canine like Pokemon can bark, growl, etc. Feline like ones can meow, purr, etc. basically Pokemon that are clearly based on a animal can make that animal's noise.

For the first time in a long time, Eevee feels peaceful. He is not sure what this strange place is he's found himself in but it makes him calm. Makes him happy. The Flareon wags his tail, a small bark of excitement tumbling from his slightly trembling jaws. This is not a part of the Zones, he is sure. Perhaps it is somewhere deep in the Nothingness the Judge tells him about...but wait that can't be it. Eevee had just fallen asleep was all. He hadn't traveled anywhere, had he?

The Flareon shrugs to himself. Whatever- dream or reality, he really like it in this strange glowing field with the sparkles and the flowers and the papery moon. He bounds into it, pawing at the sparkles that fly off of the grass like lightning bugs. He does not catch one, but that's okay. There will be more. A sudden sound makes Eevee stop mid step. Someone is coming.

It is a canine, he thinks. A canine with white fur that has just the right amount of red markings. A strange disc ablaze with fire rotating around it hovers above her back, and her tail, elbows and ankles are adorned by a flair of fluff. It is her tail that strikes him the most: the end seems to darken until it is solid, inky black. She twitch said tail at him and he think for a moment the world freezes. Then he jolts to reality as a spot of ink lands precisely on his nose.

The canine smiles. Eevee smiles back.

She nods at him as she turns into the fields, and even though neither of them speak, there is mutual agreement. She shows him around, inviting him to chase her and he does. He chases her with abandon he has never had before. He tries to jump on her, to catch her. But try as he might, he can't- she is slippery and fast, and he finds that fine.

It is only as everything begins to fuzz that the white canine slows and lets the Flareon bowl her over with a bark of victory. He pins her down despite her size -it might have to do with how he doesn't struggle- and their noses touch. She grins at Eevee and barks. He tries to copy the sound; it is deep and rich and animalistic. But all the Flareon can muster is a slightly deeper yipping noise. She looks at him encouragingly. You can do it, her eyes say.

He tries again and fails. The canine shows him how she barks- how she opens her mouth and gulps the air and allows the sound to flow deep from her chest and pour out. The sound of her example ringing in his ears, Eevee tries once more as the world fades into gray and then pseudo blackness behind his eyelids.

The Flareon flings his eyes in shock as he barks. It's a slightly raspy, slightly strained bark, weak and unpolished- but it is a bark nonetheless.
