Hey guys! ^^ This is just a short poem for you all, since everyone else has done one, I figured I'd write one too. ^^ This may be a lead in to another story I'm working on, I'm not sure...But, I haven't done anything with NaruSaku as of yet, so I'm aiming to fix that with a story that's in progress, "Do You Remember?". Anyway read, enjoy it. I do not own Naruto, if I should say that. O.o
Blood flows down your face
One hideously smooth line
As I watch
Helpless to do anything
My right hand tenses up
All of my emotions and feelings
Blooming in my veins
Raw and sharp
Slicing me from the inside
Begging for release
Your endless blue eyes
Full of pain
Hurt
Agony
They burn me
Relentless
My heart throbs
Awake and angry
Wishing to ease your pain
My armor finally cracks
Seemingly unbreakable
It finally shatters
As I run to help you
My blood boiling
Your blue eyes
The only thing keeping my feet on the ground
Stronger than gravity
More beautiful than the blue sky that stretches over us
Time slows
My footsteps become sluggish
Tears flying into the wind
Hitting my fingers
As I leave them behind me
The silver droplets
Sinking into the ground
When they hit it
Your blue eyes
They heal my shattered armor
As I reach them
Picking up the pieces
Melding them together
Making me unbreakable again
