Chapter 1
"Coffee!" Eve called as all four roommates made their way into the kitchen. It was early due to Claire's collage hours and Eve's work hours. The other two (Michael and Shane) were up because… well if Eve had to get up so did everyone. Oh and Michael was a vampire as Shane loved to remind him, so he didn't really need that much sleep. "What the hell Eve it's like 6!" Shane grumbled
"Yes I know that why I'm, making coffee," she replied, refilling her mug. Claire wasn't too bad with mornings. She was used to it after all due to school, then collage. It was always she and Eve making all the morning conversation, with the boys nodding along occasionally. "Hey Eve what do you think about chocolate brown, for my hair?" Claire questioned.
"Um ye I think it would look good CB."
"No, you are sooo not dying your hair" Shane moaned
"Oh shut up. Claire's hair, Claire's choice, deal with it." Eve was always very blunt when it came to Shane.
"Hey, I'll tell you what, I'll pop into that hair and beauty place on my way home from work and see what I can find!" She mumbled around a piece of toast.
It was hard to tell due to the Eve's mouth full of toast, but was that an mischievous grin Claire just saw? Oh well, she loved to see Eve happy, and giving Claire a make-over always seemed to do just that!
"Oh God, were gonna be late" Claire yelped as she glanced at her watch.
"I'm ready just let me grab my keys"
And with that the girls left leaving the boys to do... Whatever boys do.
