Disclaimer:I do not own KHR. Can't you realize it yourself?
"This is for you, Tenth! You like chocolates, don't you?"
"Maa, maa, Tsuna, you looked depressed. Do you this candy?"
"Lambo-san will give his underling, Tsuna, his grape candy if he smiles!"
"Herbivore, take this."
"...Thank you."
Tsuna sighed for the umpteenth times that day. He woke up a bit depressed, although he himself didn't know why. It wasn't until later that day that Gokudera noticed his gloomy look and tried to cheer him up with chocolates.
Tsuna didn't know what to do or say for a few seconds, but when he realized Gokudera was looking at him with such a hopeful look, that maybe he could give something good for his boss, he couldn't find it in himself to refuse it. He took a deep breath inwardly, and then he gave the politest and the brightest smile he could muster at that time, before saying, "Thank you."
Tsuna was happy, really, that Gokudera tried to brighten him up. But, still must he give him a milk chocolate? Tsuna sighed again.
Then there was Yamamoto, who noticed him when he was being even gloomier, thinking what must he do with the chocolate he had. He was considering to give it to some kids, but when a candy cane was being shoved to his face, he looked up, then he found a smiling Yamamoto, with concerned face (how did he even manage that?), offered him the candy.
He succeeded in making up a smile at that and took the offer. It only served to make him even more down than before, though. By the time he got home, even Lambo was able to detect his dejected state and he tried to tone down his chaos. It was good enough to cheer him up, but it seemed like it wasn't his day; to try to be a better child than he already was, Lambo gave him his grape candy.
And now, he was outside, staring forlornly at the chocolate, candy canes, and the grape candy he got. He couldn't say he hate sugar, but when it came to something with so many sugars like the sweets he now had, he just couldn't stomach it. Geez, why did people just assume he liked them?
"Herbivore."
That unexpected voice, greeted him in the middle of a park, startle him very much. He scrambled to hide the banes of his existence and looked towards the source of the voice.
Hibari-san was leaning toward a street lamp, his face looking as unemotional as usual. Maybe Tsuna was imagining things, but he thought he could see a little confusion in Hibari's eyes.
"What is it, Hibari-san?" He asked worriedly. It wasn't everyday that Hibari-san sought him like this, and he was bothered by it.
"Take this, herbivore."
Something shot out from Hibari-san's pocket and it was only because of his reflexes that Tsuna was able to catch it. Tsuna examined the thing he held for a while before he looked up again.
"Hibari-san, isn't this...?" He trailed off. There was nobody in sight. He looked down again.
It was a pack of jelly beans.
He quickly took out the rest of candy and stared at them all.
"What should I do with these...?"
A/N :My second KHR fanfiction, and it's still only a one-shot. Maybe I won't make any multichapter story... I'm fairly sure this story is inaccurate and wrong since I haven't paid any attention to any of the food Tsuna eats, and the fact that I'm pretty sure he actually loves sweets, but I grew a bit annoyed at the so many times his Family gives him sweets to cheer him up. Not to offend any KHR fanfiction, but I want to make a story to make people see that it's not the sweets that Tsuna is happy about, but the fact that there are people who care enough about him to give him sweets... Ah, I'm ranting. I'm going to stop now! And I'll just announce that my final test is still 3 days away. I'm just kind enough to type this for you guys. Aren't you happy you're loved?
