I really haven't wrote a Clique drabble in forever, and this story popped up in my head. I have based it off the song called "Built for Sin" by Framing Hanley, I was going to their other song, "Stupid Girl" but Built for Sin fit better when I wrote it. Kind of a depressing story, but not really.
Italics: flashbacks
Hope you like it,
Halo.
There was a train leaving town, that fateful Autumn night in Westchester, New York. A fifteen year old girl with brunette hair, and amber eyes took it as her only opportunity to leave. Her life in this town was ruined forever, and the only way she could survive was to start over somewhere new. She used to be the Queen of this town, but then the incident happened and her life was taken from her.
It was her only chance at a new life, one far away from her dirty past. She used to be the "good " girl, but then she started dating him and he took away her innocence.
"Come on just take a hit," He said as he held out the joint in front of her. "One hit won't hurt you."
She caved into the pressure with one single hit. It wouldn't end there, and soon she would be going on a downward spiral.
"Have you ever tried it before?" the drug dealer asked her as he held out her supply.
"No, but I heard it's the best shit ever." She said honestly as she handed him the money, and took the bag of white powder.
She was still only fifteen, but her drug problem wasn't the only thing she had to worry about. She started to party ever single day, and school started to be more of a show up when you want to kind of thing. She didn't only become addicted to drugs, but she also became addicted to alcohol.
"I want another shot!" She shouted to the bartender behind the bar.
She had managed to a fake ID so she didn't have to go to those "lame" high school parties with boys she knew. She wanted to go home with strangers who were much older than she was. She wanted to be touched, but more importantly she wanted to be loved.
"I think you have had enough, don't you Massie?" a familiar voice said behind her.
Her father caught her drinking underage at a bar, and he was not going to let her off so easily. It wasn't easy being the daughter of the famous CEO billionaire named William Block. She had a reputation to uphold, but she didn't want anything to do with her family's wealth.
"You need to take responsibility for your actions." Her father said to her when they had returned home.
"Are you scared that I will ruin your precious reputation?" Massie asked, because she knew he didn't worry about her safety.
"No, I am scared that I am going to lose you just like I lost her."
Massie knew after her talk with her father that she needed to get help. She needed to run away from Derrick Harrington her boyfriend that introduced to her to drugs, and away from her "friends" that introduced her to the sweet freedom alcohol brings you when you are drunk.
She hopped onto the only train leaving out of Westchester that Autumn night without once looking back on her old life. She didn't want to end up like her. She couldn't end up like her. Massie didn't want her dad to lose her like how they lost her mother to drugs and alcohol. She would not become her mother so God help her, she wouldn't become that sinful woman.
Massie now faces the road to innocence, and she intends to never come back to the darkness of Westchester.
Fin.
