Summary: out of all the days, Kaoru had to choose today to not wear matching underwear.
Author note: This fic is a bit mature, but it does not contain a lemon so I left the rating at T. This idea has been going around my head for too long so i decided to write it down. A bit short
Talk about bad timing.
Kaoru stared at the man above her in annoyance who he in return watched her with eyes full of amusement; his eyes roamed over her half naked body and chuckled.
"Mou Kenshin" Kaoru huffed
"Sorry koishii" said Kenshin while holding back another chuckle.
Kaoru kept glaring at him; she knew what he was laughing at. Her underwear didn't match; she wore a baby blue bra that had green hearts printed on it and orange panties with pink laces at the edges.
It wasn't entirely her fault, how was she supposed to know that her boss was going to knock her today, after all she did spend the last night with him.
They weren't going steady before yesterday; their relationship was just boss and employee and they just went together to a company party and wanted to end the evening with a friendly kiss when he took her home
Little did they know that that little friendly kiss had they passionately kissing while tumbling down on her bed.
She woke up this morning, as tired as hell to stare at the empty space next to her, the space where her boss and new lover was supposed to be laying. She lazily got up from bed and took a shower before choosing her undergarments without a second glance, when she was all dressed she saw a note on her desk which Kenshin he left her saying that he had to run to a meeting and that he made breakfast and will see her again soon.
She didn't know soon would be that soon.
Kenshin asked her to ask overtime to finish up some work for the coming conference, he called her to his office to discuss the agenda she need to put for the event, but the second she closed the door behind her Kenshin swung her around and pressed her back on his desk and kissing her like no tomorrow while laying his body on top of her.
"Discussing the agenda my ass" she thought
But she wasn't complaining at first, that it until he stripped her from her business suit to reveal her non matching underwear.
Her flashback was interrupted by another chuckle from the man above her; she glared at him again and slapped his bare arm.
"Mou Kenshin, how was I supposed to know that you wanted to sleep with me today" she complained.
"Well like I said last night, you are just sooooo irresistible" he said while nuzzling her neck
"Well you could have at least told me that you wanted me today, I would have worn matching underwear at least"
"I think it's cute"
"Mou"
"I love you koishii"
"I love you too you jerk"
They continued throughout the night.
