Knee-Jerk Reaction

"Geez, you really gotta lay off the cheeseburgers, man," Sam wheezed as Dean's weight pressed him into the floor. "Think you can get off me now?"
"I'm trying," growled Dean, hard pressed for breath himself as debris pressed on him. "Ow! Shit—there's something diggin' in my side."
"Can you push up a few inches—maybe I can scoot out first. Then dig you out."
"Maybe." Dean hissed. He pushed up as far as he could.
It wasn't easy but Sam started inching backward. He'd made decent progress when suddenly Dean yelped.
"Knee, Sam! Watch your knee!" Dean squeaked.
"Sorry…"
