"Night lift up the shades let in the brilliant light of morning. But steady me now for I am weak and starving for mercy. Sleep has left me alone to carry the weight of unraveling where we went wrong. And all I can do to hang on, to keep me from falling into old familiar shoes"

"Shawn, please tell me you haven't changed your mind, you haven't given up on us yet?" Belle asked.

Shawn shakes his head. "I need some time to collect my thoughts, I need to get away from here" he said.

"Shawn, I really need you here with me, I really need you."

A tear slipped from Belle's eye and rolled down her cheek. Shawn gently caressed her face, catching her tear. Shawn glanced at Belle, a solemn long stare. Belle had a matching expression on her face.

"I still love you, Shawn."

"And I will always love you...."

"Right now...I have to get out of here."

Shawn briskly began to walk away. Before he could leave Belle's apartment, there was something he needed to do. He turned around and kissed her forehead. Touching his cross he walked out the door.

"How stupid could I be. A simpleton could see that you're no good for me

but you're the only one I see."

Belle crossed to her window over looking the street. There she saw Shawn's figure straddle his bike.

"How stupid could I have been. He'll never for give me for lying." Belle whispered to herself.

"Love has made me a fool set me on fire and watched as I floundered unable to speak except to cry out and wait for your answer and you come around in your time speaking of fabulous places create an oasis that dries up as soon as you're gone

you leave me here burning in this desert without you."

Shawn looked to the sky for courage.

"God help me. Help me find a way back to Belle." Shawn said clutching his cross "Make me believe in our love once again."

Shawn ignited the bike and sped off down the dark city street, in the dark night.

"How stupid could I be. A simpleton could see

that you're no good for me but you're the only one I see."

"God help me. Help me find a way back to Shawn, let me into his heart again." Belle prayed "Make me believe in our love again."

Belle walked to couch and collapsed into the cushions, letting her tears fall freely.

"Everything changes everything falls apart. I cant stand to feel myself losing control. In the deep of my weakness I know."
