Sam squinted at the ancient parchment, a frown of concentration marring his brow. "It says we need a fother of olive branches and a fotmal of blessed cloth woven from flax."
Dean stopped his pacing back and forth beside the table. "A what and a what?"
"They're ancient weights and measures, Dean."
"Yeah, I got that genius boy. I'm waiting for the translation."
"Oh. They mean either length or weight. In this case, a fother is a cart-load—or 70 pounds. A fotmal is one foot."
"Great. Now where do we get it?"
Sam shrugged and waved the parchment. "Walmart?"
