I got so many requests for a sequel to my poem "Relena's Song"that I
decided I would write one. (actually I only got one request, but hey!
That's enough for me!) This is a five-minute work. This was written from
Heero's P.O.V. He has been captured by OZ and is dying in prison. He hopes
that, with some divine intervention, his words of love will reach Relena's
ears and she will know that she can kill herself because he is now in
heaven and so if she does he'll be there waiting. Or something like that.
Once again, I don't own Gundam wing.
1 Heero's Song
I can feel your heart, it beats for me,
Even though I'm far away
I hope that these words of love I speak
Will reach your ears in some way
I am dying, shot down from the sky
They've taken everything from me
My tools, and soon my life,
But they can't take away my memories
So with my one last breath I sing
This song of love to you
And I hope you somehow hear it
And know our love is true
And I'll wait for you in heaven
And my love I'll send to you
On golden wings
So you can join me soon.
I can see the light, it beckons me
So now I know that I must go
I send all of my love out to you
So that you will know
That it's safe for you to come to heav'n
Where I'm waiting with open arms for thee
Wait no longer for I shall not return
But instead come with me.
I'm asking with my one last breath
For you to come with me.
