A heavy white silence filled the air. It was so thick and stale that Misty wondered if she had died in a fire and this was her slowly slipping in and out of death's cold embrace. A large, white Pokemon floated to her and stared at her. She knew there was something that he needed to show her. The two starry figures levitated to the edge of a large white platform and stared down intently at a man who had tears of fear, depression and anger streaming down his face.
"Please. I need to go back. He needs me. He can't do this without me." said Misty in distress.
"Listen to me Misty, Ash has done many great things in his life. You need to continue to support him in the same manner you always have. My child, it is rare that I make mistakes. I made everything. The Pokemon of the air, the sea, the ground and lastly I made humans. I love them all equally and gave each and everyone a purpose. You served your purpose and served it well." he consoled. "Your daughter will be the mother of someone great. A chosen one who will finally bring an end to a war that has raged 3,000 years ago to the present."
"But why did I have to die in order to make all this happen?" she questioned angrily. "Why can't I watch my little girl grow up?"
The white being stared down at the man. "Because he needed a reason to love that little girl more than any other being has been loved in this world."
"You are my life now." the man said cradling his daughter in his arms. "I promise that I will give you all that I can and love you as your mother loved you. And me. Grace."
"Ash. I love it. Grace." said Misty breathlessly with tears welling in her eyes.
"So it begins. The grand plan has begun. Grace will have a son and he will be greater than his grandfather before him and put an end to the war of all wars. He will be power absolute. Power and skill in its purest, rawest form. I, Arceus, all father, bless Grace, daughter of Ash Ketchum with the love and sincerity of heart needed to fulfill this prophecy."
