Lillian and Zure, ready to set out for adventure, knocked on Tru's door. "I wonder what his problem was yesterday." Zure said. Lillian pondered this for a second or two. "Hey Zure...have you ever seen Tru's parents?" Zure tapped his chin. "I've never even heard about them...Or if he has any brothers or sisters or anything..." He said,knocking on the door again. This time,the door opened, and behind it was someone very tall wearing a black and white cloak. Lillian tripped backwards. "Uhh...hi...is Tru home?" Zure asked nervously. "Oh,Tru is home. His REAL home. Not his home." The figure replied. Zure looked around. "Uhhh..." Was all he could say. The cloaked person smiled and gave Zure a keychain. "It's a start." The person said. He tossed one at Lillian who flinched. Zured turned back to look at the cloacked figure,but they were gone. Zure looked down at his keychain. It was a blue circle with two smaller blue circles on the top. Lillian examined hers carefully. "It looks like the chibi-angel wings in manga..." she said. Zure helped her up and they started to their spot. Zure looked Lillian in the eyes. "Whats a start?" he asked. Lillian looked surprised at him. "Like I know?" She said,runnng her fingers across the keychain. "I wonder what happened to Tru..." she said. Zure shrugged." Maybe hes lost or something." Zure stood up. "Lets go to Styx." He started down the path in the back of their spot. 'Styx' was the name they had given to a secret river noone knew about that was way back in the forest. Lillian sat near the river's edge. "hey Zure...whats-" Zure looked up from his dirt drawing."Whats what,Lillian?" But Lillian was gone. "LILLIAN!" zure screamed. He jumped into the water to find Lillian being dragged along the bottom by a black something. She reached out for him, a terrified look spread across her face. Zure was just about to grab her hand when the black thing flung her upwards. Lillian gasped for air in the five seconds she could before she was dropped back into the water. Zure swam as fast as he could back to the bottom. He saw Lillian and swam for her. She screamed. Zure knew why she screamed. They were nearing the end of Styx-the waterfall. The black thing disappeared but the current kept carrying Lillian twards the waterfall. Finally,Zure had caught up to her. He reched his hand out, posative he had gotten her when she went over the edge of the waterfall. For some reason,Zure couldnt move...all he could do was watch as his friend slowly closed her eyes and fade away. Zure looked back at the reason he wasnt moving. I huge,black squid with giant yellow eyes was holding him. He passed out.
