Me first one shot w be nice. some slash I kinda tried to go w/ HBP and deathly hallows.
Every day under an oak tree there was always a person . The first person to sit there was the boy known as Tom Marvelo Riddle. He wasn't like most boys his age he didn't like sports and didn't even seem to care for girls either. Who needs a girl when you have a great book? Tom would always go there the teachers never commented about it they figured it was another thing that
In the Marauders era it first had Remus Lupin he was such a lonely guy until he meet that Black guy they were best of friends by their third year then they started to share the tree they silently worked, not cause they felt awkward either the space just felt of comfortable silence.
After the Marauders graduated Hogwarts there was a new person to take the place of the two boys. Charlie Weasley he was also very lonely he was the second born and as he thought was the 'ignored one'. Charlie well he was strong but he wasn't very well liked. After all why would anyone need him when he had such a "cool" older brother?
Now that Charlie has graduated it was figured that under that oak tree there was no longer to be a safe haven of another person or persons until that one year. A shy boy looking very young younger then most of the first years had dark black hair and it was so messy that it could only be one person. This boy obviously wasn't very well feed thought the headmaster of the school but want that the case of most of the buys that spent time there? Albus sighed over the years watching the short boy he came to realize something. There was always a person watching the boy another boy the same age was always there. Almost like a silent protector. The second boy never actually joined the boy till their fifth year. The boys were both silent eventually though they both graduated but Albus didn't live to see it himself.
Since then there has still been three people to come to visit Remus Lupin came to remember the old days with good memories. Charlie came to remember a time of lasting silent loneliness and Draco Malfoy. He came to remember the guy he finally started dating at the age of 23 and to remember the time he wasted telling lies to himself about everything he "believed" in. All three sometimes wondered about the oak tree but they never talked about it to each other. Sometimes you could find one of the three boy- no men staring at the tree but the new students never asked about why their professors seemed so sad about it. Why would they? It was just a tree, right?
