You'd Love
Turing on to the coble stone road, Kurt slowly makes his way to Lima's Memorial Graveyard. He pulled into the his usual place and turned off the car.
It's been too long, he thought to himself, I should have come sooner. As soon as it happened. He quickly unbuckled himself, gingerly scoped up the mixed flower arrangement, and got out of his. Carefully making his way up the familiar path he looked at the flowers he brought. They were a mixture of lilies, hydrangeas, pink roses, and one large white rose in the middle. Every visit he would pick up this mix. They were the same arrangement that his father used to bring his mom when she was still in the hospital. The only ones his father ever brought her.
The leaves crushed under his Alexander McQueen boots. Kurt slowed as he saw his destination. Looking down at his Mothers grave. His eyes sparkling with unshed tears. He lowered to his knees, not caring if he was getting his pants dirty, and held the flowers loosely above his lap.
"Hi, Mom," Kurt whispered, looking at the face of her marker. "It's been a while since my la-a-ast v-visit." he stuttered. "So much has happened since then. I want to tell you so much. But… there's really only one reason for today." Kurt smiled lightly. "I met someone, Mom." Thoughts of Blaine flooded his memory, "I think you'd really like him." Blaine and him running hand in hand the first day they met. Singing Teenage dream to him. "He's Kind, sweet and Handsome… Just like the princes in the storybooks you used to read me." Blaine standing up to Karofsky for him, "I…" kissing him althoughs months later, "I love him." The laughs, smiles, everything Blaine is, "He makes me happy…" Kurt's smile grows a little. He lets out a nervous laugh, "I didn't think I could be this happy." His face falls to a small sad smile. Holding back his unshed tears. "I wish you could have met him." A soft wind blows by him. Messing up his hair, blowing the dry leaves around him. "He'd of loved you, too." Kurt said brokenly. His Tears finally falling over. His smile dropping completely as he sobbed. "I miss you… so, so much." He lets his tears fall on the flowers as he places them on her grave. "I love you," he says, standing up. "And I always will."
Kurt turned back to the parking lot. Walking away from the his mother. He needs to hurry. He's meeting Blaine at the Lima bean today. He can't to tell him about New York.
A/N: Thanks for reading.
