Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas everyone! I decided to get into the festive spirit with a little one shot that I wrote in an hour, so I apologize if it isn't up to scratch, ideas started flowing and I just went with it (that doesn't happen very often, must be a Christmas miracle or something). Hope you enjoy and have a wonderful Christmas!

"Oh ho the mistletoe,

Hung where you can see.

Somebody waits for you,

Kiss her once or me."

It was Christmas Eve, and all of the toys were fizzing with excitement for Christmas. It was a holiday which Andy's toys once dreaded, in fear that newer, better toys would replace them. Now they looked forward to the special day which always brought joy and excitement to them and their owner.

Bonnie and her parents were outside, enjoying the fresh snowfall that had fallen early that morning, so the toys were free to do as they wished. Trixie and Rex were shouting excitedly while playing a video game, the Potato Heads were in the middle of a game of hide and seek with the Aliens and the Peas, and Woody and Slinky were playing checkers.

Bullseye was bored, so he decided to go search for his cowgirl friend. He found her sitting on Bonnie's windowsill, staring out the window. Bullseye jumped up to join her. She was gazing out at her owner and her parents in the midst of building a snowman. Bullseye nudged her arm and she swivelled her head around to look at the horse.

"Hey there Bullseye. Happy Christmas Eve!" she exclaimed.

Bullseye whinnied back his reply and she wrapped her arms around his neck in a tight embrace.

"Did you see Bonnie? She's having so much fun out in the snow. Kinda reminds me of the way Andy used to have those snowball fights with his mom and Molly. I could have watched them all day. They were so happy, like all of their problems just melted away with the snow." She looked wistful, then her face broke out into a grin, "We always had the best fun while they were out in the snow. Remember all of the great Christmas's we had at Andy's?"

Bullseye nodded and Jessie's smile grew wider. Memories came flooding back; Rex glued to the new video games that Andy would receive that morning, Hamm and Slinky playing some sort of board game or card game, the Potato Heads and Aliens having a game of hide and seek or catch, herself and Bullseye examining the new gifts that Santa Claus had brought Andy and Molly.

Then, with a chuckle, she remembered how every Christmas Day, before they all gathered to find out what presents Andy and Molly received, Bo would casually pull Woody to the side away from everyone with her staff. She would then motion to the mistletoe she had strategically placed earlier and then kiss her cowboy senseless. Bo probably thought she was being secretive, but Jessie soon caught on, and she couldn't help but laugh as Woody was attacked by kisses.

She also thought back to when her and Buzz had only secretly had crushes on each other, fondly remembering the way Buzz would wish her a Merry Christmas every year, and when she responded with a hug and a bold kiss on the cheek, the way his face would turn the colour of her hat.

As she smiled at the memories, a sudden idea came to mind. A plan formed in her head and she clapped her hands together with glee.

"Hang on Bullseye, I'll be right back."

Bullseye cocked his head to the side and watched as his friend jumped off the windowsill with ease and made her way over to the bedroom door, disappearing down the hallway.

A few minutes later, he saw Jessie return, with some kind of plant in her hands. She ran over to Bonnie's table where an array of make and do things were spread out. Taking off her hat, she grabbed a piece of tape and proceeded to stick the piece of shrubbery onto the white band.

Bullseye lay down on the windowsill, confused by the cowgirls stranger than usual behaviour.

Jessie placed her hat back on her head and smirked. Now to find her target.

Jessie sauntered around the room in search of a certain space ranger, who she found under Bonnie's bed. He was on all fours and had a crayon in his right hand which he was scribbling fiercely with. Jessie tiptoed up behind him and tapped his shoulder.

"Hey there Buzz, whatcha doing?"

At the speed of lightning, Buzz threw the crayon across the room and kicked a piece of paper behind him with his foot. "Oh, hi Jessie. I-I wasn't making you a, uh, Christmas card or anything..."

"Mhmmm. Anyway, do you notice anything, um, different, about me?"

Buzz looked Jessie up and down, studying her clothes and then her facial features.

"No." He replied smoothly, "You still look perfect to me."

Jessie could feel a light blush creeping onto her face. She shook her head. "Look up."

Buzz glanced up at her red hat resting on top of her yarn hair.

"Hey, is that mistletoe?"

"Sure is…"

And with that, Jessie leaned in and planted a soft kiss on Buzz's lips. He froze in shock, and when she pulled away, Buzz stared at her, his eyes as wide as saucers. Jessie smiled at him and half expected him to turn into a stuttering mess or run away, but to her surprise (and delight), he instead grabbed her shoulders and pulled her in for another kiss. She eagerly returned it, wrapping her arms around his neck as his hands came to a rest at her hips. When they pulled away, Jessie wore a smile so big that she almost resembled the Cheshire cat!

Buzz took Jessie's hands in his and she gazed lovingly into his sparkling blue eyes.

"Did you just pull a Bo on me?." Buzz wondered.

"Did I do what now?" Jessie asked, tilting her head to the side.

"Bo used to do the exact same thing with Woody at Andy's, although, I don't recall her ever hanging the mistletoe from her hat. That, I presume, was your idea." Buzz stated, gently tugging on her braid.

Jessie's smile grew wider, "Well, I may or may not have taken the idea from Bo and tweaked it slightly. It always worked with Woody, so I wanted to experiment. And all credit to her, it worked like a charm."

"It did indeed…" Buzz agreed, silently thanking Bo for her wonderful schemes as they both leaned in once more…

"Have a holly, jolly Christmas,

And in case you didn't hear.

Oh by golly have a holly jolly Christmas,

This year!"
