With their get together with Jack Armstrong now over, Jane's car wouldn't start. Jack told that he wouldn't mind driving her home after dropping Maura off. Now At Jane's condo Jack saw her to her room.

Jane: Thanks again for being so patients with us, work has just been hell these last two days.

Before Jane could say anything else Jack went and gave Jane a kiss in her lips. When Jack took a step back Jane was lost with words.

Jack: It was nice to meet you Jane.

Jane: W-Wait

When Jane finally found her words Jack was already gone. In her living room, still shocked at what happened Jane dropped on her coach.

What just happened? How did things lead to this? I thought he was in love with Maura. OH GOD, Maura, What am I going to do?! I can't tell her what just happened, she'll break. I can't do that to her, but I can't keep it a secret for long from her. Just when she finally found someone who won't try and kill her, he had to go and pull a stupid stunt like this. Man what am I going to do?

As Jane was lost in thought she didn't notice Jo Friday jump up on to the coach and lays next to Jane in hope to comfort her master.

The next morning, Jane walked into work, more tired than she normally is. After not getting a wink of sleep last night, Jane came to the conclusion to not to tell Maura right away about Jack.

Man: Ah detective Rizzoli I have a delivery for you.

The man behind the counter called Jane out while handing her a bouquet of flowers.

Maura: Someone has a secret admirer.

Maura called out from behind Jane, causing Jane to jump from the shock.

Jane: Maura!? Ah… Um… No… actually, I got these for you.

Maura: For me? What's the occasion?

Jane: No occasion. Can't I get my best friend flowers?

After Jane handed Maura her flowers, Maura took a beep whiff of the flowers and gave Jane a megawatt smile.

Maura: Mmm! Amaryllis, Protea, Orchid, Snapdragon, Gladiolus, and Sweet Pea my favorite. Thanks Jane, how did you know that I liked Sweet Peas?

Jane: Lucky guess. So do you like them?

Maura: I love it. I'll go put these in some water right away. Oh and Jack said that he would like another group date again, you'll come won't you Jane.

Jane: Oh gee Maura, I don't know. Maybe?

As Maura got into the elevator Jane walked to the café for a quick breakfast, hoping to get a muffin before her mother break out the bunny pancakes.
