I loved the color red, the color of roses, the color of love. Red always seemed to speak to me, with it's partner black. Black was mysterious, cool, and the color of madness. The pair always should be together, always.
My name is Harleen Quinzel, a student in Gotham High. I'm sixteen and a new student. I'm a little nervous though, this school is said to hold students that have more...supernatural abilities. I'm a human, no special talents except for my surprising knack for helping others with conflict. My mom said I would be a great psychologist, or a therapist.

"Harleen Quinzell, Ms. I'm a new student."
All the other students turned to look at me. It was strange, I didn't know them, but it was impossible not to have heard of them. All of them were famous for reasons.
"Ah, yes. Go ahead and sit at an empty desk." she said, turning back to the board.
I sat down at the desk next to the window, staring at the dark sky. It would probably rain. I didn't pay attention much to the lecture, but I couldn't help but feel that I was being watched...
