DP vs EDAoD crossover challenge

In a once impenetrable vault at GIW-HQ, Freakshow and his ghostly mistress surprisingly find only three items on a pedestal. A battered sawed-off shotgun, an old red chainsaw and a large leather book, a book with a face. "Lydia have you ever read anything written by one H.P. Lovecraft?"

Freakshow is back and this time he brought hell with him. Now Danny, Sam and Tucker must stop the madman's army of deadites before the full power of the Necronomicon is unleashed. After a failed attempt Team Phantom learns they need help from the one person to ever face the books' power and live. A surprisingly young-looking 60 store clerk named Ash. Can Danny bring himself to destroy the now possessed citizens he's protected all this time? Will the Team be able to overcome the horrors of a town gone mad? Can the nightmare be stopped?
