How Rue Survived

Chapter 1- What Do You Mean?

"What do you mean?" asked Rue to her mother "I'm only 9!"

"Yes, I know, but think about the money, the fame, the popularity! Rue, Think about us." Replied her mother.

"I don't know" said Rue Unsurely

"Think, we only have to rig the reaping! Nuts and Volts sent us the gadget to put on the slip that will guarantee you get in! You can win with ease, or fake die!"

"OK," said Rue "But when I get back, watch out."

Chapter 2- The Games

"So," starts Cato "You want me to throw a fake spear so you can live another day? What's in it for me?"

"Bread. All the Bread you want. And no one will call you a bad name. I have those powers." Replies Rue

"Fine, be that way. So, you won't call me a creep if I do this?" Then Cato was getting close as they lay in the same sleeping bag. Really close. LEMONS close.

"Don't try your luck" says Rue. Then Cato throws the fake spear and a cannon goes. They pick her up and she jumps out of the aircraft.

Chapter 3- Dead.

What a silly Pickle. Jumping out of an aircraft? She died. Rue isn't o innocent, is she?
