The universe is such an odd thing. Defined by balance. It makes one wonder how such a seemingly impervious thing such as the universe could be defined by such a seemingly inconsistent and unstable thing as balance. But defined by such, it is. All seem to assume that Kami-sama is the Creator Of All Things, but one must wonder how a being of Light and Good would create a universe defined by balance when he himself would destroy that balance. Furthermore, how could he create his polar opposite, a being known as The Devil, a being of Darkness and Evil, his exact opposite. One would think someone could not create their opposite. So we must assume that Kami-sama is not the Creator just as the Devil like wise not.
So, you wonder 'who is the Creator?', to answer that one would have to leave the universe and enter a place beyond places, a place known by many names, a place known as the Omniverse. One must realize that all things have centers, a place where forces converge, the Omniverse is no different. At this center is a Power, the Creator Of All Existence, a place where all known power and all known knowledge converges into one point. This is the place where universes are born. One would most likely assume that this is a being of unspeakable knowledge and unbelievable power, but The Power is no more than energy, it has no consciousness of it's own and is not a sentient being, it is merely power rippled by random fluxes of energy that create pockets of existence that are called universes.
And in each universe there is a time when it reaches a certain age that the energy used by the Power is no longer needed, a time when that universe is able to sustain itself. The power, as is wont to do, converges. One is forced to wonder where all this unbelievable power, power so great that Kami-sama, The Devil, and all of their followers combined would pale in comparison, could possibly converge. Well the most prominent places it will usually converge are places where balance is at it's most precarious, usually into people whose own balance is threatened. That is why this convergence is drawn to the little ward of Nerima in Tokyo Japan, a place where balance is unheard of and Chaos rules above all, into a young man whose very life is imbalanced by pain, whose mind is imbalanced by a cat's fist, whose life force is imbalanced by the confidence based ki he uses, whose body is imbalanced by an unstable gender, the convergence was centered on Ranma Saotome.

Authors Notes: Wow. I have absolutely no idea where I'm going with this but I do know that it will be a Sailor Moon, Tenchi, and OMG crossover with elements of other stuff tossed in regularly. ANY AND ALL IDEAS WILL BE APRECIATED, I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO GO FROM HERE.
