Going for a heist to an unknown land, something bad happens, of course. So Sly does what it is needed.
"Sly, say it or I'll give you an atomic wedgies! Three times, dammit!"
"Sure, but why are you so angry?"
"Cause of school! Say it!"
"He doesn't own anyone from the games Sly Cooper and Shadow of the Colossus.
"Not good enough! Wedgie time!"
"Stop right there. We're from the Animals Protection Unit. We got a lot of reports of you abusing raccoons."
"Damn it."
Sly and Murray were nervous. Ever since Bentley found about this rare and valuable treasure from some guy called Emon, he'd been acting weird. Like he was possessed, or something. He was hell bent on getting to this very remote place. After five months of traveling around the world, they finally got there. They saw two huge stone walls with only a very small gap between them. Sly couldn't see what was ahead because the sun was blocking his view. So the three friends with Sly in the lead walked through the gap... straight into Carmelita.
"Got you, Ringtail!" In one swift moment, she had put the cuffs on Sly's wrists.
"What the hell!?" Sly screamed. Not because of him seeing Carmelita for the first time in five months. Not because Bentley snapped his head around and looked around confused. Not because Sly and Carmelita were standing on a bridge that was very high up. No, it was because said bridge was collapsing on them. Bentley and Murray had gone back through the hole, keeping them safe. As for the raccoon and the fox they had one choice: run! The two ran with each part of the bridge collapsing behind them. As they ran, they saw a temple. There was no time to be picky about where they were going, so they ran right inside, beauty before mischievous. As Carmelita ran, she didn't see the edge of a huge hole. Screaming, she fell. Sly's eyes widened in fear and he dived, smoothed out on his back, and grabbed Carmelita's paw. His back was slipping over the edge. His head was at an angle so he could see her dangling over a long way down.. He could see a pool of water. He stared into her eyes.
"I won't let you fall." He said as his hand weakened and opened up. He screamed as she fell. Sly screamed as he fell.
