Rachel was glad that the freezing winter season was gone for another 7 months until late November because now she could hang out with her friend once again. Oh how she was excited to see Willow And Hallow, the ghastly twins who rule over Halloween, Willow being the treat and Hallow being the trick. Sarah Fall, a delightful girl who always made the best leaf shape cookies, and her cousins Aurora, the Northern winds, & Ashton, Southern winds, who were constant trouble makers, & Azael Little Fire, a young girl of native decent who had a fiery attitude that matched her well who ruled over the flames.
But the two people she was looking forward to were her best friends April Showers and May Flowers. April and May were the first people she befriend after her new revelation as the spirit of summer after the Woman In The Sun helped guide her to Mother " Mary" Nature who then introduced her to them.
They've been friends ever since.
And then Jack Frost came along and had to ruin everything.
See it happened two weeks before the spring equinox, which was when April and May were set to come out and start setting things up and helping Mother Nature prepare for spring and summer, which were I of course, come in. I was gathering bottles of sunshine and sealed wraps of colorful rainbows in my warren, I felt a sudden chill.
I shivered.
I then proceeded to turn around and search for what it was but when I found nothing I continued on with my work. But that's when I felt it again, that same icy chill going down my spine but this time I decided to look around my house but when I still couldn't find the source of the damned wind and just blamed it on my nerves about this upcoming summer.
And then AGAIN the chill came back but this time I was not hesitant to whip my head around so fast that I swore that I even felt the whoop lash and came face to face with the Winter Wonderwall himself.
" AHHHH!" I screamed terrified, hand placed over my heart.
" AHHHH!" He screamed back at me, dropping his staff causing everything to freeze.
Even the jars and wraps.
I gasped and rushed towards them at full speed and nearly cried as to how frosted they were and then turned back to the little asshole.
He put his hands up as a sign of peace but nothing could help him, not even that pathetic attempt of stopping me.
" Hey, Hey, Listen it was an accident I didn't know that this would- I mean I didn't know tha- SHUT. UP" I cut off his pleas.
He stared at me, eyes wide and fear evident as well.
My mouth spread into a smirk and eyes narrowed.
Only one word was spoken.
" Run."
And that boy ran as if his entire life depended on it.
