It was summer, and Percy was bored!

He was spending time in Manhattan with his mom. He didn't have any problems with his mom or anything, but all his friends were doing stuff.

Grover was away doing Lord of the Wild stuff, Tyson was at the forges, and Rachel was at her vacation house. Most of his friends from Goode were either away or grounded for various reasons. Annabeth was probably working on Olympus, but you needed special permission to go up.

Then it hit him. Annabeth! He could just I'M her.

He didn't mean typing into a computer with stupid screen names like, BabyBFFLuvDiamonds. No, Percy meant Iris Messaging.

Iris Messaging was the communication of the Greek Gods. You threw a gold drachmae into a rainbow and said; O Goddess, please accept my offering. Then it would make a screen and show you the person who you named.

Percy found an empty alley and formed some mist, rotating until it caught a rainbow.

When he had a rainbow, he threw his drachmae in and said, "O Goddess, please accept my offering. Show me, Annabeth Chase."

As the screen shimmered into existence, It didn't show Annabeth, rather a store filled with various Knick-Knacks and showing a girl standing there looking very stern.

The girl had frizzy white hair and iris's that constantly changed. She was wearing a bright yellow T-short that read, Rainbow Organic Foods and Lifestyles. "Fleecy?" Percy asked, confused.

"Percy," Fleecy chided, "Did you lose your memories again?"

"Um, no." Percy replied, "Why?"

"Because I specifically told you that you should say O Fleecy, do me a solid. Or did you forget that?" she reminded him.

"Sorry." he apologized.

"Now try again, this time say it right" she commanded

Percy sighed, "Fine," he swiped through the screen and started over. "O Goddess, please accept my offering."

The drachmae fell onto the ground, "Go to Tartarus," he muttered. But he started over again, "O Fleecy, do me a solid." he said.

Percy could've sworn he heard someone snicker in the breeze as Annabeth shimmered into existence

"Hey Seaweed Brain."
