OK, so I wrote this a LONG time ago after I watched Mazeathon, but I didn't like it. A review theatergirl gave me inspiration, so I cut out a few parts here and there, and viola. It's still not very good, but it's just basically Taylor's "punishment" for Daley after she loses the Mazeathon. If you fear slash, turn back now. :)
I'd told Daley to meet me in the woods. I'd finished setting up and hiding the camera when I heard her noisy steps crashing through the forest. I turned around fast and assumed my innocent, "we're not gonna be here that long" look and posture. Daley looked weirded out at us being alone, but approached me nonetheless.
"OK, Taylor, what's it gonna be? Extra chores? A servant for a day? Or are you just gonna stand there staring at me?"
I wanted to laugh. Instead I stepped forward. Anticipation was killing me inside.
I took both of her hands playfully in mine. I began the sentence I carefully planned this morning.
"Daley, here's what I want you to do. I..." I hesitated, as planned. "Why, Miss Daley." I casually swung her hands back and forth. "I do believe you have the most lovely eyes I have ever seen." I reached out slowly and marveled that my hand was not shaking. I softly gripped a lazy red curl. "And hair. Aren't you lucky?" Daley smiled slightly but caught herself before she could be swayed. She deliberately stopped the motion of her arms and I could practically see her guard go up.
"Yeah. Whatever..." she said. I let my hand fall.
I dropped her wrists and lost my good-girl attitude in favor of my real self: a sarcastic and wry expression lit up my face. "Fine. Let's get down to business." I said in my much-practiced pseudo smoker's voice. "Walk over there." I pointed to a large tree behind her.
"Here?"
"Yeah." I didn't risk a glance to see the hidden camera to my right. I knew it would capture everything. "And don't move." I commanded Daley.
She looked nervous, an expression not much seen on her face. Good God, she was beautiful. She grabbed a handful of hair nervously but leaned back against the tree as I had commanded.
My next actions were fast and blurry, yet I remember them. Even then, I had a feeling I always would.
I recall quite vividly running the edge of my sore tounge against my teeth, savoring the small pain they presented.
"Taylor, what do you want?" Daley asked, quite nervously. I decided to give her an answer.
Stepping forward swiftly, I grabbed both of Daley's hands again, and swiftly kissed her. It was soft, softer than I'd expected. It was by far the shortest kiss of my life; regardless of what you think, creeping her out was not my intention. I felt her chest rise in a sharp intake of breath, and then...I let her go. I watched her stumble away and crash through the brush.
I flicked my sore tounge against my teeth once more. I looked directly into the hidden camera lens.
"That was all I wanted."
