Leaving You

Everytime I saw you
I felt all wierd inside
I wanted to do so many things
Most of which I couldn't abide

I have your picture in my mind
Just so I won't forget
I held you for as long as I could
Before my fate was met

I tried to keep it hidden
Tried to hide it from you
But you have this affect on me
I didn't know what to do

If only I could've stayed
And told you what I feel
And told you I didn't want to go
Cause without you nothing's real

Every night I see your face
And wish you were here with me
Every night I remind myself
How far away I have to be

I want to hold you in my arms
And say that simple phrase
Say those three little words
That make my mind a haze

Your voice controls my heart
Your face obscures my vision
Being away from you is like
Being sent away to prison

I used to try and convince myself
