Climbing the step hills and roads to the smoother ones, Serge tried his best to see past the fog he strolled through. An aged man followed behind him to guide him to his dormitory, Serge's belongings were being carried in the man's hand. Chocolate eyes stared past the many trees within the fog in hopes of spotting the school. When his vision found no trace of the school he figured that the school was a distance away.
"Are the dormitories that far from the campus?" Serge queried to the man behind him.
"It only appears that way because of the fog. In the daylight they appear to be much closer. They are a majestic sight to behold."
Suddenly the fog shifted near one of the trees to allow a lone figure to be spotted. This new person had golden locks concealing one of his beautiful emerald green eyes, and an angelic face. Clasped in his hand was a twig with leaves still attached to the stick. One of his foots were out, the other behind it, and his left hand placed delicately atop the tree's bark. It was the boy from before when Serge was trying to get accepted into the school.
Serge was shocked to even see the other boy in this fog. He slightly frozed up at the other male's appearance.
As soon as he was there, the boy disappeared. Serge believed that the boy's name was Gilbert. The director had called him that.
"You already met Gilbert?" The caretaker spoke up while the leaves fell from the many trees that once held them. Serge kept his eyes on the blonde until the fog blocked his vision and swallowed the other boy up in its clutches.
"Well, I am merely a caretaker here, so I won't say anything bad, but for your sake, stay away from that little devil boy."
"Devil?" The coal-black haired boy spoke up at last his eyes falling on the caretaker now speaking.
"Now, now, let's just get you to your room, shall we? You can get some rest then." He gestured to continue their walk.
Serge couldn't help but remember what had happened in the director's room. He had felt so dizzy that he collapsed, and the angelic "devil" had "helped" him up.
He held the boy close causing Serge to accidentally place his hand on the other's chest, and having the other place his hand atop Serge' own. The last fragment of his memory showed his hand getting a kiss from the boy. Shrugging the memories away, Serge walked onward to catch up with his guide. Leaves continued to fall from the trees above, dancing in the wind's breath as it sang its songs through the trees…
