Flashback, 6 years ago the summer before freshman year. you are planning to go to Poway high in san diego with zach and cameron, then they move to SD and you have no way to get there. you are fighting with your mom over it.
You: Mom! you HAVE to let me go to Poway!
Mom: How Will you get there!
Y: I'll get a carpool?
M: Ugh! you are so difficult! There is no way your my child!
Y: Really? theres no way you could be my mother! (in mind: o my gosh, did i just say that?)
M: That's it! You are no longer my daughter!
Y: What, are you….disowning me?
M: Yes!
Y: but where will i live?
M: With your aunt in Burbank, maybe she will put up with you!
you couldn't believe your mom had just disowned you! But you were kind of happy to go move in with your favorite aunt. It was better than having a mother that hates you. you go to your room and pack your clothes, pictures, and other belongings. then, your brother drove you to your aunts house (your mom called and told her you would be living with her).
You get to your aunts house and say hi to your aunt. she shows you around the house and shows you your room. its just a basic guest room, but you dont care because you finally get your own room. you ask your aunt what you wanted to ask. You: um, auntie?
A: yes?
Y:where will i be going to highschool?
A: Where did you get accepted?
Y: Um, Poway High and Hollywood arts
A: Then you will be going 2 hollywood. I can go with you on the subway since its on my way to work.
Y: but what about my friends? they're going 2 poway!
A: You can still keep in touch with them! its not like you'll never see them again.
Y: ok…..
that night you get an email from cameron asking how your summer's going and that him and zach cant wait 2 c you at school. you decide to email them both, explaining everything, from your mom to now.
