The Avengers reunite after Thor and Bruce's return with Loki, Infinity war didn't happen. YET.
Spider-man is a part time Avenger, though the Avengers don't know who he really is.
Whereas Peter already has a real Stark internship, working as Tony Stark's personal intern.
This will lead to a lot of awkward moments with the Avengers, ]and Spider-man.
The Avengers all live at the Avengers tower, not the compound because they want to annoy Loki.
Loki was put under close watch with the Avengers but now they're a little easier on him.
So basically
Avengers 1 and 2 happened
Thor Ragnorock happened but they didn't meet Thanos on the way back
Civil war happened - but both Tony and the Avengers don't know Spiderman's identity
And Spiderman homecoming hasn't happened
So yeah, all good.
