Everybody in the Greek world knows the story of Typhon, the Storm Giant. The youngest and most powerful son of Gaea and Tartarus, he terrorized the gods. Zeus captured him by only catching him by surprise.

After the modern world arrived, Typhon woke up. He managed to escape Mount St. Helens, and he took a human form. In the streets of New York City, he had a reputation as a ruthless assassin. He met a woman by the name of Daelan Safarian, nicknamed "Goddess".

She was a special trade contractor, and he was an assassin. One year later, on May 19th of 1993, Hurricane McKenzie Xerxes Safarian was born.

Then, tragedy struck. 5 years later, as Daelan and Hurricane, "Cane", as he liked to be called, were riding across the Hudson River when a random lightning bolt struck the car, killing Daelan instantly. Miraculously, Cane survived.

He was then placed in the care of their next door neighbors, Sally Jackson and her 5 year old son, Perseus, or Percy, Jackson.

These are the stories of the two extraordinary half-bloods.
