It all started as a normal day for Freddie Benson. He woke up feeling fine and normal. That day Carly and Freddie had a shopping trip planned and a lunch date as Sam Puckett was still recovering from her lung transplant caused by her drowning incident a couple weeks ago. The dr's tried to get Sam out of bed but she is too weak to get out of bed. Sam puckett was released a dew hours later with a wheel chair untill she could move freely. The next day Freddie wakes up with a hot head and finds he has a fever of 101.2 degrees. He ignores it as he and Carly are preparing a special iCarly for sams release from the hospital. As they are about to begin Carly says Freddie Are you okey?
Freddie then says Yeah i'm ok? Carly then says All right! Freddie then says in 5 4 thre Wait! Carly interrupted You don't look so good i'm taking you to the dr's. Freddie then says okey? Once they arrived the dr's took Freddie's temp and it was at a dangerous 107.5. The dr's had to lower it but the fever resisted medications/treatments. However Freddie Benson's breathing began to worsen and Freddie said HELP! I can't breathe! Can someone give me the thing that blows oxygen at you? The dr's then well Freddie i'm afraid were gonna have to intubate you.
Freddie then said okey? The dr's then said All right Freddie i'm going to place this mask on your face that I want you to breathe in. The medicine you inhale will put you to sleep. Freddie then said All right. Freddie Benson then fell asleep and the dr's inrubated him so he could breathe. However a few hours later Freddie suffered a sever stroke and fell into a coma. The dr's where uncertain of Freddie Benson's future. Freddie was in a coma for a month and was extubated two weeks later. As Freddie woke up out of his coma the dr's where getting Freddie to perform simple tasks such as getting him to move his arms and legs. However Freddie wasn't sure why the dr's where making him do that. Freddie was also wondering why he had a tube down his throat and trying to figure out what its purpose was. Freddie Benson was extubated shortly after and given an oxygen mask witch Carly thought looked cute on Freddie but however though the dr was explaining that because of the stroke Freddie lost much of his memory and would need physical therapy. Freddie however was not liking that his face mask was blowing air making him uncomfortable so he removed his oxygen mask but Carly Shay was quick to put it back on him.
Freddie Benson was released to physical therapy a few days later.
