Abby wrapped her arms around herself as she tilted her head towards the night sky. She had since landing on the ground had taken a few rare stolen moments to look at the night sky; a sight she was all too well familiar with. But from this position it actually meant something.

"It's not safe." Marcus spoke with a well mixture of sweetly and firmly as he approached her.

"I'm fine." She replied before awwing at a sudden shooting star. Then another.

"Abby the Grounders we can't ri…"

"Shush Marcus. Relax.' Abby turned away from the black sparkling canvas and to him giving a small smile. 'Look at it. Look at how far we've come. Us seeing this. Any of us seeing this is a miracle. Think of all the people who weren't given the chance. We need to take the time even if a few moments to do it for them."

"I haven't forgotten their sacrifices." He told her with a slight shaking voice. She released her hold of herself and held out her hand for him. It took a few moments for him to gain the courage to take it.

"I know Marcus. I know. Now just enjoy it." He nodded and in unison they both turn back to the sky as the meteor shower continued on. She started to tremble after a few minutes.

"Cold?"

"Yeah." Had come the confession. When she left her quarters after a failed attempt to fall asleep and decided to take a walk she hadn't considered grabbing anything heavier than her robe. Marcus let go of her hand and pulled off his jacket and before she can respond in any fashion he draped it around her shoulders.

"Thank you. See it really is beautiful isn't it?" She questioned turning up once more.

"Yeah it sure is." He mumbled. She unaware he was still looking at her.
