Lauren and Peter (eastenders)
The past 3 years have been the worst for peter.
He's never experienced such horrible loneliness in his life. His past lover, Lauren was forced to attend classes to cure her alcohol addiction. That day still haunted Peter, seeing each individual tear washing down Laurens face as they both broke into their final hug goodbye. Since that moment, peter hasn't been himself. Everybody worried about him, he became antisocial, he constantly avoided his job, but most concerning of all, he would often shed tears repeating Laurens name, over and over again. But one morning, while Peter made a cup of tea for his father and sister, he heard a sound he thought he would never hear again. A delicate, angelic voice saying "ill be home soon dad, bye!" Peter thought his mind was just playing his usual tricks on him, so he didn't mind it.
However he couldn't ignore the voice as it shouted "Peter, its me Lauren, you in?" Peter quickly placed the cups on the coasters and rushed outside in his dressing gown. However the girl outside was unfortunately not who he hoped. It was the bitch who lived opposite the street...Cindy. "Hahaha! Your so desperate you mug!" Peter was frozen in shock, but fuelled by rage. His face slowly became red as Cindy continued to laugh at Peters torment. He began to growl and his expression altered in mere seconds. He remembered something from this rage. He always kept a 9 iron golf club underneath his bed because of his paranoia of being thieves. He stomped back inside, slamming the door behind him. His father became suspicious of this and asked him "Oi, the hell do you think your doing?!" Peter replied with great impatience "Just fuck off dad!" "Right your grounded now you little shit!"
Peter returned downstairs with his club strongly resisting to not put his father in a coma. He stormed outside prepared to beat Cindy's head in. But to his surprise, there stood a stunning, beautiful figure. Peter gasped in complete shock, his rage became joy as Lauren was standing leaning sideways up the archway. Peter stammered "L-Lauren?!" Pete drops the 9 iron, letting it echo through the archway. She stopped leaning to run to peter to give him a long awaited passionate hug. "I-I..." "Didn't know I was coming back?" Lauren giggles. "Of course I didn't, its been so long, I really missed you." Lauren begins to blush. I- I missed you too. Again the 2 lovers hugged in passion and happiness. Suddenly, the couple stop and begin to stare at each other. Both feeling great love for each other inside of them, they broke out into a long passionate kiss, underneath the Beale's archway for everybody to see. Local residents stopped to gaze at the couple in awe as they kissed for the 1st time in 3 years. Lauren breaks out of the kiss to say, "can, can we..." "Can we what my dear?" "...Go back to yours?" Lauren doubtfully giggles. Peter frowns and whispers "best not to, dads in a shitty fit." Then a little smile emerges on Peter's face. "However, there is your place.. Right?" Lauren giggles at the idea, "come on then handsome." A few of the locals wolf whistled at the couple as Peter swept Lauren from her feet and slowly paced back to her house.
