Voices?

It was a cold night. It was a terrible night. Soubi was sitting up in bed, recovering from a fever. Sweat drizzled down his forehead, and he was feeling a bit too warm. However, he just couldn't sleep. He hadn't seen his little Ritsuka in so long that he had begun to imagine him. Visions of Ritsuka filled his head. Voices rang through his ears. He was there. Reaching out to him. Calling him. Shaking him, holding him.

There where whispers. Faint, almost nonexistent, In that quiet little voice that could only belong to Ritsuka.

Soubi . Why? Feeling. Hate. Me.

What did this all mean? Was...was ritsuka in trouble? Was he trying to tell him something? His head was pounding. His heart was beating too quickly. His entire head felt fuzzy, almost as if someone where shaking him.

"Go away voices! Leave me alone! " and then a soft "Ritsuka", was all he let out before finally collapsing back into bed, eyelids seemingly to heavy to keep them open much longer.

Standing in front of Soubi, Ritsuka immediately stopped his shaking as he watched Soubi fall back. Panicking, he quickly checked his pulse, relived to find that Soubi had only fallen asleep. A quick sigh and Ritsuka immediately resumed his pouting. "Idiot." How dare Soubi make him worry like that! Ritsuka had come in as quickly as he could upon finding out that Soubi was feeling ill. Seeing Soubi on the bed like that, with that strange daze to his eyes, Ritsuka had began to worry. For the last five minutes he had tried to get his attention by shaking him.

"Soubi! Why are you ignoring me?! Are you feeling OK? Do you...really hate me that much? Soubi!"

His attempts to get his attention where in vain though, as he simply let out a soft "Ritsuka." and fell asleep. That was really odd though, thought Ritsuka, as he left to get a damp towel for Soubi's head. What voices? Geez, that Soubi really was a strange one. Maybe that fever really got to his head...
