A/N: Luna is evil for a change. This was originally written for 3 times when -challenge. The subject was 3 times Luna was feared. There's quite many holes in the text but that's so you could fill the gaps using your imagination. Helps a little if you think that Harry didn't completely destroy the diary of Tom Riddle because I refer Voldemort as Tom.

The Quibber, radish earrings and eccentric behaviour hid the observer, a cold-blooded spy. She was able to sneak in anywhere she wanted. If she was caught in a strange place, she muttered something about nargles or gulping plimpies, or whatever happened to come up with at the moment.

She was proud of the cover-up she had created. In most cases she was able to help Tom a lot. Spy for him.

People avoided her, stole her belongings and mocked her. Unknowingly, they ended up in the list, which grew from year to year. On the parchment scroll ended up in the names of all the other houses, except from Slytherin - Tom had absolutely forbidden her to touch the members of Salazar's house, the future members.

Luna couldn't care less about the mockery, she was feared by her peers.

Curse hit an invisible shield again shattering the classroom's wall, floor, ceiling. Two Rawenclaws challenged each other in the exchange of lethal spells.

The boy's wand dropped on the floor. Blue tie got stained in red, his eyes filled with fear because the girl's wand pointed directly at the boy's forehead. What was supposed to be a prank became a nightmare at the moment, and the boy tried to move backwards.

"Say hello to the Devil." Barely audible whisper bounded the boy more effectively than a spell could ever. Smile tugged the girl's pale lips, the morning-mist blue eyes stared into the distance.

"I won't ever try anything anymore", the boy blabbered, terrified, he also planned to keep his promise, if he lived to the next day.

"Crucio", the fog that hid the true nature dissipated a moment and steel cold blue eyes showed the real Luna, a freezing red bloodlust.

You-know -who was different, he was feared. To Luna he was a soul mate, someone who understood her. As long as Luna carried out her missions, Tom didn't harm her. Luna knew the man's real name, and used it when they were alone.

Tom, she said, is a beautiful name. On her own side many knew her only as a weird dreamer, and Luna had used that to reach her goals. Tom was only one who knew her through and through.

Luna had found Tom on the second year when she had been searching for vampire and apparently found a backdoor to the Chamber of Secrets.

She had ever met the vampire, instead she had found a ghost-like Tom, who didn't quite fit in the narrow categories: being alive or dead. She had gained a friend who understood her, a friend who was like her.

Different, and the hiding behind the curtain of secrets.

When Voldemort - Tom - to declared war against the wizarding world, Luna joined him. They shared friendly glances secretly, she killed, tortured if he ordered. However, they both know that Luna was free to walk away if she wanted to. Tom is can't kill the girl, whose fragile growing he has followed. Doesn't want to, saying avada kedavra isn't difficult.

Luna is standing by his side when the Death Eaters march on the battle against the Order of Phoenix. She saw how many eyes widen when her former comrades recognize her, see blue eyes filled with bloodlust.

These people are their way, names on Luna's list.

The whispers almost reach their ears. For the first time Luna was feared, not as a person, but because of what she believed in.
